According to a report from The Sun, Arsenal are readying a bumper new contract to convince Bukayo Saka to stay at the Emirates for the foreseeable future.
The young Englishman is arguably our best player. He has been absolutely incredible for us since he made his debut and he is now a regular for the Three Lions as well.
Saka’s performances have made other big clubs stand up and take notice of him. Arsenal want to put an end to that and Edu Gaspar is working on a new deal to fend off any interest in him.

Saka’s current deal runs until the summer of 2024 but Arsenal have an option to extend that by another year.
The 20-year-old currently earns £30,000-a-week at the Emirates, which makes him one of the lowest-paid players in the first-team at the moment.

Arsenal’s new offer, should Saka agree to it, will see him earn £125,000-a-week, over four times the wages he is currently on.
We must say, he completely deserves it!

The Insider’s View:
Arsenal have lost multiple players over the years due to poor management of player contracts. We simply cannot afford to repeat that.
Saka is our biggest asset at the moment and his contract situation has to be sorted out before the start of next season.
It’s good to see that Arsenal are starting negotiations this early. It really does look like we’ve learnt our lesson from past mistakes, and that should be viewed as a positive sign.
