Trossard has been at Arsenal for two-and-a-half years now.

The Belgian was brought in after the Gunners missed out on Mykhaylo Mudryk, and he has been a fine player for them for the most part.

Trossard has come up with some important goals for Arsenal over the years, but now is the time to cash in on him.

CIES Football Observatory have revealed that Arsenal’s number 19 is the fourth-most valuable footballer in the world right now among players over the age of 30.

Trossard is estimated to be worth £30 million — that is more than Bruno Fernandes and Virgil van Dijk’s current transfer values.

The Manchester United star is said to be worth £26.75 million, while the Liverpool captain has been valued at £21.4 million.

Only Harry Kane, Mohamed Salah and Joshua Kimmich are more valuable than Trossard among players aged 30 and above.

Arsenal should explore Saudi Arabia move for Leandro Trossard

Trossard attracted interest from Saudi Arabia last summer.

Al-Ittihad submitted a £30 million bid to sign Trossard in September last year, but Arsenal rejected that offer and kept hold of him.

It was revealed at the time that Trossard was not opposed to a move to Saudi, but nothing materialised and he stayed at the Emirates.

Now, looking at his valuation, Berta should explore the Saudi market again to see if any club would be willing to pay a similar fee for the Belgian.

If a decent offer arrives, we think Trossard should be sold — Arsenal already have Gabriel Martinelli, and the money they get for the 30-year-old could fund a move for Real Madrid star Rodrygo.
