Arsenal beat Olympiacos in the Champions League, and they deserved their victory.

The Gunners dominated large parts of the game against the Greek champions and were completely the better side.

It was a good way to end the terrible streak against Olympiacos as well – they had won on their last three visits to the Emirates.

Mikel Arteta was a happy man after the game, but Thierry Henry had his problems with Arsenal after watching them play.

Thierry Henry says Arsenal did something vs Olympiacos that was not to his liking

Thierry Henry is a perfectionist, and he always wants the best from Arsenal.

Winning a tough Champions League game by two goals deserves praise, especially when history was against the Gunners in their clash against Olympiacos.

However, after Gabriel Martinelli’s opener early in the clash, Henry was not happy that his old club didn’t kill the game off.

The Gunners had several chances to score, but for one reason or another, they just couldn’t find the back of the net.

Olympiacos had a few chances themselves, but David Raya showed why he is one of the best goalkeepers in the world by pulling off an astounding save.

Bukayo Saka sealed the win in second-half stoppage time, but Henry was not a fan of Arsenal leaving it that late to put the game to bed.

He said on CBS Sports after the game: “It was a weird game from that point (Martinelli’s goal). Arsenal could’ve made it 2-0 a couple of times and then, suddenly, a goal was disallowed for Olympiacos…

“They battled a bit too much for my liking.”

Arsenal have a big problem

Arsenal have had a great start to the season considering their difficult fixtures, and they deserve all the praise in the world for their performances.

However, one problem from last season is still very much present.

Arsenal are failing to finish games off when they are dominating. They are often all over their opponents but do not convert their chances.

It happened against Newcastle United in the Premier League and then when they faced Olympiacos in the Champions League.

Arsenal won both games, which is a good thing, but failing to convert their chances will come back to haunt them if they don’t correct it.
