Thierry Henry on Arsenal’s seven-point lead
Thierry Henry has called for calm at Arsenal after the team were held to a goalless draw against Nottingham Forest.
The Arsenal legend is adamant that a seven-point lead is very promising, and he is clearly content with the team’s current position.

“So you find yourself in a situation where nobody wants to run with us, you have to take what you have to take.
“Seven points ahead, it’s a massive advantage, and I know it could have been nine, but whenever I speak to people, because you didn’t see Arsenal cross the line for a very long time in the league. But it’s almost like, what do you mean, you’re seven points ahead.”
Arsenal spurned many chances against Forest, which has generated the most frustration, but at the end of the day, a point is still a strong result.
Thierry Henry on Mikel Arteta at Arsenal
Henry has also hailed the job Arteta is currently doing at Arsenal as he is finding a way to finally finish above Liverpool and Man City.
“He is doing extremely well. We are seven points ahead. What do you want to be 30 points ahead and have won the league already?” added Henry.
“We are doing extremely well. We asked Mikel Arteta to find a way to be above Liverpool and Man City; if they are not following with Villa, that is on them.
“Look at what you are doing, and however you want to do. I know people talk about set-pieces and not many chances created, but we asked him to find a way to win, we haven’t done it yet, but that is what he is doing.”
