Rice is now undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in Europe, and even just this season, he has managed to elevate his game to the next level.

Rice has looked shattered over recent weeks, but that will be down to how many minutes he has played for the Gunners this term.

The Arsenal vice-captain has already played 51 times this term, with only David Raya and Martin Zubimendi playing more minutes.
