Arsenal are currently reaping the rewards of their excellent academy structure at the club.
Bukayo Saka and Jack Wilshere are perhaps the biggest of names to come through the Arsenal academy in recent years whilst Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly are also showing their qualities in the first team.
Max Dowman is another name that is taking the academy by storm and Dowman joined Arsenal’s first team on their trip to Dubai recently.
It seems that next prodigious talent off the Hale End conveyor belt could be about to hit the spotlight as Marli Salmon broke a huge milestone recently by becoming the third 15-year-old to play for the U21 side.

Arsenal building for future following Ayden Heaven departure
Ayden Heaven left Arsenal for Manchester United in the January transfer window but the Gunners have wasted no time in replacing the young defender as they look to build for the future.
Marli Salmon’s emergence has added to the fact that Arsenal are set to sign Callan Hamill from St Johnstone for a six-figure fee.

Hamill is set to join the Arsenal academy having impressed up in Scotland and recently played for his national team’s U17 side in European Championship qualifiers.
The 15-year-old Scot has already played for Arsenal in pre-season and will arrive at the club in the summer with the ability to play both right back and centre back.
