Arsenal are one of the clubs interested in signing Antoine Semenyo in 2026.
The Bournemouth attacker has been one of the best players in the Premier League this season, and it’s only a matter of time before he moves on to a bigger club.
Arsenal Insider revealed recently that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Semenyo, and one current Gunners star will be delighted with the news – Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Kepa Arrizabalaga has already delivered his verdict on Arsenal-linked Antoine Semenyo
Kepa and Antoine Semenyo were teammates at Bournemouth last season.
The Arsenal goalkeeper has played with several incredible players throughout his career at Chelsea, Real Madrid and the Spanish national team.
That makes Kepa a good judge of players, and his past comments on Semenyo suggest that he would love it if Arsenal signed him in one of the two windows in 2026.
He told Telecom Asia Sport in June this year: “I think he’s very humble. He wants to learn every day, and for me, this is very important for young players. He’s always open to listening to good advice.
“He has very strong physicality; he’s very powerful. He can shoot with both feet and play on either wing, which we’ve made good use of this season.
“I think he’s growing a lot, and he has the world in front of him.”
Semenyo has a release clause in his contract that makes him available for £65 million in January. That figure will come down in the summer transfer window.
Is Antoine Semenyo for £65m a good deal?
Antoine Semenyo’s stats in 2025/26 are so impressive
Many people feared for Bournemouth this season after they lost the likes of Ilya Zabarnyi, Dean Huijsen and Milos Kerkez in the summer.
Semenyo was linked with a move away from the club as well, but he ended up staying and has performed brilliantly since the start of this campaign.
| Games | Goals | Assists | |
| Antoine Semenyo in 2025/26 | 11 | 6 | 3 |
In 11 Premier League games this season, Semenyo has directly contributed to nine goals, which is more than any Arsenal player.
That is perhaps why the Gunners have an interest in him, but it remains to be seen if Andrea Berta makes a move to sign him in January.
