The defender had his problems with form, but his numbers still look excellent.
Across all competitions this season, Tierney scored six goals and provided 12 assists. 18 direct goal contributions is an outstanding return for a full-back.
More importantly, he has looked fit, sharp and happy again.
That is something Arsenal supporters desperately wanted to see after watching injuries constantly interrupt his progress in England.
At his best, Tierney was one of the most reliable and energetic players in the Premier League. Sadly, his body simply never allowed him to maintain momentum consistently at Arsenal.
Now, back in familiar surroundings at Celtic, he looks reborn.
Winning another league title will mean a huge amount to him personally after everything he went through during the latter stages of his Arsenal career.

Even though things did not work out perfectly at the Emirates, Arsenal fans will always appreciate and love Tierney.
There was never any doubt about his professionalism, attitude or love for the game. Whenever he was fit, he gave absolutely everything for the badge.
That sort of mentality naturally creates a strong connection with supporters, and seeing him become a champion again after years of injury struggles is genuinely brilliant to watch.
