Arsenal are expected to make multiple sales in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Christian Norgaard may never play for Arsenal again

Arsenal brought in Norgaard from Brentford last summer to replace Jorginho and Thomas Partey.

The main purpose of signing the Dane was to add experience to the squad. Most of his responsibilities were off the pitch than on it, and he has done a great job so far.

However, Norgaard has barely played this season – just 56 minutes in the Premier League. When most players are fit, he doesn’t even get in the squad.

Arsenal now have just Ben White, Jurrien Timber and Mikel Merino out with injuries, which is why Norgaard hasn’t been in the Premier League matchday squad in two of the last three games.

With the Gunners having to win every single one of their next three games, we don’t expect the former Brentford man to play again – even if he makes the bench.

That means he may have already played his last game for the club.

Christian Norgaard is a successful signing despite barely playing

Norgaard fulfilled a lifelong dream when he joined Arsenal.

The midfielder got the opportunity to play in the famous red and white and get opportunities in the Champions League, all while contributing behind the scenes.

Everyone at the club speaks very highly of him.

If things go to plan over the next 15 days, Norgaard will finish his debut season at Arsenal as a Premier League and Champions League winner.

That makes his move a success – for himself and for the club.
