The former Saint-Etienne man has barely put a foot wrong in the famous red and white and is now, in many people’s eyes, the best defender in the world.
Arsenal have done well to tie Saliba down to a contract until the summer of 2030 – he will be 29 by that time.
The Frenchman will be at his absolute prime then, and we really hope he will commit to another long-term contract by then.
If he does, we think he will spend the rest of his career as a Gunner.
