Super agent Kia Joorabchian, who represents Arsenal attacker Willian, has addressed the rumours linking his client with a move to Corinthians.
It is no secret at this point that both Arsenal and the Brazilian want to go separate ways. Things just haven’t worked out for Willian at the Emirates and the best thing now would be to move on.
The 33-year-old has been heavily linked with a move back home to Corinthians. The Brazilian giants are very keen to bring Willian back to the club where it all started for him.

Agent confirms Willian to Corinthians talks
Joorabchian has been heavily involved with multiple deals at Arsenal since Edu took over. He knows our technical director very well, and he has now revealed that talks are ongoing to help Willian get out of the Emirates.
He told Globo Esporte: “We are looking forward to making it (a deal that would see Willian join Corinthians) happen.
“For me, it is very important to help as much as possible.”
Willian’s wages will be a big problem
Willian joined Arsenal on a free transfer last summer. He signed a three-year deal at the Emirates that sees him earn a staggering £220,000-a-week salary – only Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Thomas Partey earn more.
There’s absolutely no way Corinthians can afford to fork out that much money and it makes no financial sense for Willian to just tear up his Arsenal contract without proper compensation.
The Gunners may now have to continue paying a large chunk of Willian’s wages to get rid of him. We did the same with Mesut Ozil after he joined Fenerbahce, and it looks like that’s the only we can get out of the mess we’ve found ourselves in.
