Arsenal will not be signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia due to the fact that Paris Saint-Germain have no interest in losing the winger.
Kvaratskhelia was linked with a move to Arsenal; however, the French and European champions have no desire to let him leave.
Would Khvicha Kvaratskhelia be your dream Arsenal signing… If not, who do you want to see the Gunners sign?
Andrea Berta is already working on the Gunners’ summer plans and is open to signing two new attackers when the window opens.
But one of the players the North London club are very unlikely to sign is the Georgian winger, who is seen as untouchable in the French capital.
PSG will not sell Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Arsenal
Paris Saint-Germain will not sell Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Arsenal as the club does not want to let him leave so soon, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 25-year-old is one of the best attackers in Europe, and the European champions see him as a ‘crucial player’.
Romano told his YouTube channel: “Many questions from Kvaratskhelia because he has been linked with the move to Arsenal. What I can guarantee is that Paris Saint-Germain see Khvicha as an absolutely crucial player.

“PSG absolutely don’t want Khvicha to leave the club after 13/14 months at the club is a bit more than one year now, and they see Kvaratskhelia as an absolutely untouchable player. So, PSG don’t want to entertain any negotiation for Kvara.”
Kvaratskhelia would have been the perfect replacement for either Leandro Trossard or Gabriel Martinelli, who could both be moved on in the summer.
Andrea Berta could sign two attackers next summer
Berta could sign two new attackers next summer, although a second new arrival would depend on who they can move on.
“Then I maintain for you guys, I told you already several times Arsenal want to sign an offensive player in the summer transfer window,” added Romano.
“Could be one, could be two, we will see also based on outgoings, also based on opportunities. So Arsenal will do something up front for sure.”
What grade are you giving Andrea Berta? Explain your answers!
Trossard and Martinelli are the two most likely candidates to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer, and either being sold could allow the Gunners greater freedom in the market.
“But what I can tell you is that for Kvara, despite appreciating him and probably in terms of skills, if you see the Arsenal squad right now, today would be the ideal player. That’s just my opinion, but it would be ideal for any team.
“Fantastic player, fantastic winger, but for Arsenal would be the perfect player. Probably a kind of missing piece in the squad.
“But the answer I’m getting from Paris Saint-Germain is very clear. They absolutely don’t consider an exit for Kvara in the summer transfer window.”
