The January transfer window is upon us, and Arsenal are being linked with several players already.
The Gunners completed eight new signings in the summer transfer window, and that has helped them get to the top of the Premier League and the Champions League tables.
When everyone is fit, Arsenal have enough quality to go all the way in both competitions, but injuries have hit them hard this season.
That could force them to dive into the market in 2026, and there are a few wingers they really like. Kenan Yildiz is one of them.
If you were Andrea Berta and could sign any player in the world right now, who would it be and why?
Kenan Yildiz could be one to watch for Arsenal in 2026
Arsenal have plenty of options out wide at the moment.
Bukayo Saka is the guaranteed starter on the right, while Leandro Trossard is currently Arsenal’s best player in terms of form.
Noni Madueke, Gabriel Martinelli and Eberechi Eze can all play out wide as well, as can the two youngsters, Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman.
Arsenal have no immediate need for a new winger, but Saudi clubs have been interested in Martinelli and Trossard in the past and could come back for them in 2026.

If that happens, the Gunners will surely sign a new winger, and Ben Jacobs has shared an update on three players Arsenal like – Rodrygo of Real Madrid, Yildiz of Juventus and Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon.
The journalist said on The Football Terrace: “Andrea Berta also likes Rodrygo but feels that the overall cost of that deal is far too expensive.
“So, Yildiz could potentially be one of the players to watch. He’s certainly appreciated by the Arsenal hierarchy, but let’s see whether they’re put off by the cost because they certainly were in the case of Rodrygo.
“And the last thing to say is that if Arsenal are going to make a move on the left-hand side, Anthony Gordon is another player historically that they’ve liked as well.”
Could Kenan Yildiz be the final piece of the puzzle at Arsenal?
How much would Kenan Yildiz cost Arsenal?
Yildiz is exactly the kind of player Arsenal should be looking to sign.
The Turk is fast, a great dribbler, and has shown the ability to score tremendous goals. He creates plenty of chances for his teammates as well, and the fact that he is still only 20 means he will only get better in the coming years.
However, such great ability at such a young age means that Yildiz will cost a fortune, and Arsenal will have to spend big if they want to get him.
“Sources around Juventus are adamant that this is a €100 million (£87.8m) type signing and rising,” Jacobs said.
If Arsenal sign him for that price, Yildiz, who has been hailed as ‘unstoppable‘, will become their second most expensive signing of all time. We think he could be worth every penny.
