Arsenal could end up paying as much as £12m to super-agent Kia Joorabchian if they end up signing one of their rumoured transfer targets.
The Iranian football representative has a murky history with Arsenal in recent years, with Joorabchian working closely with former Head of Football Raul Sanllehi as the north London side made a number of questionable deals.
Whilst Joorabchian’s influence at Arsenal has died down a lot after the nightmare signing of Willian, the agent still has been associated with some deals surrounding the north London club with Mikel Arteta’s side now one of the best in the Premier League.
And Joorabchian could now be set for another big payday from Arsenal this summer.

Joorabchian could pocket £12m from Arsenal in deal for Joshua Zirkzee
According to Corriere dello Sport via Piante Milan, Joorabchian could pocket as much as €15m (£12m) in agent fees if Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee was to leave this summer, with Arsenal interested in the forward.
With a release clause worth €40m (£34m), Joorabchian’s agent fee relative to the actual transfer fee of the player is nothing short of massive, yet as per the report, Arsenal are willing to push ahead with the demands.

Lauded by Thiago Motta as an ‘extraordinary’ striker, Zirkzee has been one of the breakout names of the 2023/24 season, with the Dutch international playing a key role in Bologna’s shock qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
Indeed, with Arsenal willing to pay a substantial amount to Joorabchian to get this deal done, it’s a telling sign that the Gunners are keen to bring in Zirkzee to add to their attacking options this summer.

Arsenal stance could point towards exciting summer deal
Arsenal will have quite the amount to spend this summer when the transfer window officially opens next month, and based on this update regarding Zirkzee, all signs point towards a deal potentially being done.
As we know, the Gunners are in the market for a new leading attacker, and whilst Zirkzee’s goalscoring record this season didn’t set the world on fire, the 23-year-old striker could flourish in north London with Arsenal.
With agent fees now being discussed, it might not be long before Arsenal begins real talks to sign Zirkzee, who at £34m could be good long-term addition for the Gunners heading into the new season.
