Arsenal have been assessing the market for a new centre-forward ahead of the summer transfer window.
Viktor Gyokeres has really split opinions among the Arsenal fanbase, and it would seem Mikel Arteta isn’t totally convinced either.
That’s because the Gunners are reportedly eyeing Atletico Madrid’s Julian Alvarez, who is considered one of the best number nines in the world.
If Endrick isn’t the most exciting signing Arsenal can make this summer, then tell us who is?
Bayer Leverkusen striker Christian Kofane has also been linked to the Emirates Stadium, and talks have already been held.
Now there is a fresh rumour linking Arsenal to a Premier League forward who’s scored twice against them this season.

Arsenal eyeing Bournemouth’s Eli Junior Kroupi
According to talkSPORT, Arsenal are eyeing a move to sign Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi this summer.
Arteta’s recruitment chiefs have been keeping close tabs on Junior Kroupi after his breakout season for the Cherries.
The 19-year-old has netted 11 Premier League goals in just 17 starts, operating as both a centre-forward and an attacking midfielder.
Which Atletico Madrid player are you most worried about this week?
Since the year 2000, only Wayne Rooney has scored as many goals as a teenager in a single top-flight season.
Arsenal are facing significant competition for his signature, as Manchester United and Manchester City are both circling.
Junior Kroupi has no release clause in his contract, so any forthcoming suitor would likely have to shell out in excess of £60m to land his signature.
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has described him as a natural finisher.
“I think Junior has been a big challenge for me this season, one of the biggest challenges because we noticed straightaway that he has special things,” the Spaniard said.
“His finishing is top for me.But we had to work a lot with him and, especially, he has had to do a lot of work that he wasn’t used to to win his minutes.
“He has become a much better player for me. I know he had a good start and scored goals but I try not to talk to him about goals because this is something which is natural and he will always have it.”
