Arsenal may see some players leave the Emirates Stadium in the upcoming January transfer window.
Whilst Mikel Arteta won’t want to lose too many players this winter, there are some individuals in the Arsenal squad with uncertain futures in North London.
For instance, Jakub Kiwior is now pushing for a transfer away from the club, having failed to establish himself as a regular starter at the Emirates Stadium.
Thomas Partey will also become available on a pre-contract agreement to foreign clubs when the winter window opens, unless he signs a new contract with Arsenal before then.
There are also doubts about what the future holds for Kieran Tierney.

Arsenal’s plan for Kieran Tierney in the January transfer window
Had the Scottish left-back not picked up an injury at Euro 2024, he would have almost certainly left Arsenal on a permanent basis in the summer. Having spent last season on loan with Real Sociedad, it has been clear for some time that he isn’t in the manager’s plans.
However, Arsenal have suffered a defensive injury crisis this season, which has seen Tierney included in a number of match day squads.
Whilst the 27-year-old has not made it onto the pitch, Arteta has confessed that a shock return to Arsenal action for Tierney this season is a possibility.
Certainly, the club won’t look to force the full-back out this winter.
According to sources, speaking exclusively to Arsenal Insider, whilst there is no long-term future for Tierney at the club and he won’t be offered a new contract, there is no urgent rush to sell him either.
Arsenal like Tierney as a person and player, and all options remain on the table. Arteta won’t stand in his way if an offer for his services arrives.
Will Kieran Tierney ever play for Arsenal again?
If Tierney isn’t given a run out against Crystal Palace in the EFL Cup quarter final on Wednesday evening, then it is hard to imagine when the manager might turn to the former Celtic man.
However, the emergence of 17-year-old Hale End gem Myles Lewis-Skelly may have finally killed Tierney’s last hope of ever representing the Gunners again.
What is clear, though, is that regardless of if there are any more first team appearances to come, Tierney’s Arsenal career is in its final throes.
