Recently, Barcola scored in France’s 3-1 win over Senegal and proved why he could be the ideal addition to Mikel Arteta’s attack.
But the good news for Arsenal fans who are eager for the French international to arrive should be boosted by the news that a deal is now ‘highly realistic’.
Arsenal’s move for Bradley Barcola is looking very hopeful
Arsenal’s chances of bringing Bradley Barcola to the Emirates Stadium this summer are starting to look more and more realistic, according to Miguel Delaney.
Berta has requested information on a deal for the PSG attacker and there is a sense that they could be open to letting him leave.
The European champions are keen to change their attack this summer and could use Barcola as a way of raising funds.
Speaking on TikTok, Delaney revealed: “Arsenal are now looking at the details for a move for Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola. Now Mikel Arteta has been insistent on elevating the level of the attack this summer to bring the team onto a new level, and Barcola has been earmarked as a potential signing who may, at this point, be highly realistic.

“He’s obviously continued his sensational form for Paris Saint-Germain over the past few seasons with a goal in this World Cup against Senegal.
“But one of the reasons that Arsenal see it as realistic is that, although Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to keep him, they themselves are interested in reshaping their attack a bit just to keep the team fresh. They’ve actually got interest in two Arsenal targets, one being Julian Alvarez, and the other being Morgan Rogers.”
Arsenal more likely to sign Morgan Rogers over Bradley Barcola
At this stage, Arsenal are more likely to sign Rogers over Barcola, despite both players being linked with a move.
“Now there is the potential for Arsenal to sign two players, and I don’t think they will. I think one of them still will be Rogers. They’ve obviously, as well as that, looked at players like Kvaratskhelia, pointedly enough, as well as Alvarez,” added Delaney.
“But as I say, Barcola is seen as realistic because there’s a sense that maybe Paris Saint-Germain would do business so that they could themselves change things up a bit. Obviously, Kvaratskhelia is not for sale. Barcola just might be.”
