Arsenal eye transfer switch for Kingsley Coman
Arsenal could be in the market to sign winger Kingsley Coman from Bayern Munich in the January transfer window.
That’s according to GiveMeSport, which claims the Gunners could land the Frenchman on loan if the Bundesliga outfit sanction an exit for the second half of the season.
It’s claimed that Arsenal are struggling to find value for some forward options, especially in the mid-season market.
A move for Coman, which didn’t go through in the summer, could now happen in favour of the Gunners.
The 28-year-old features regularly on the left wing, scoring four goals and assisting twice, despite his lack of starts.
It remains to be seen if Arsenal will make an offer for the forward, who has just over two years left on his contract at Bayern Munich.
Evan Ferguson to Arsenal transfer latest
Arsenal’s interest in landing a striker has led to links with a potential transfer for Evan Ferguson, with the forward rumoured with an exit from Brighton.
The Republic of Ireland international has struggled for game time since suffering from injury issues over the past year.
When he has featured, the young striker has shown some impressive elements to his game, with a top physical profile and a clinical finishing edge.
It’s the type of move that may suit Arsenal, with TBR Football reporting that Arsenal are considering a move this month.
They aren’t alone though, as Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle are also believed to be in the mix for his signature.
The 20-year-old has scored just once in the Premier League this season, though he has only been handed a few starts.
Arsenal eye Takefusa Kubo transfer
Arsenal are considering a move for Real Sociedad playmaker Takefusa Kubo, according to reporter Marco Molla.
It’s claimed that the Japanese international is open to making the switch to the Premier League, with the interest well known.
The 23-year-old is capable of playing across the frontline, usually featuring on the right flank or as a number ten.
Kubo has over four years remaining on his contract at Sociedad, following on from signing a new deal back in February 2024.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will make a concrete offer for the forward, who has four goals and two assists across all competitions.
