Aaron Ramsdale transfer talks
Arsenal and Wolves continue in talks over a move for goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale in the final days of the summer transfer market.
That’s according to BBC Sport, which reports that the two clubs are still in contact over a deal, which both parties want to reach an agreement on.
The Gunners could land £20million for the shot-stopper, despite loan offers being made for him at this stage of the window.
Ramsdale has two years remaining on his Arsenal contract and has seen his status in the squad diminish over the past year – becoming second choice to David Raya.
Should a move be confirmed, the England international would be in line for more regular football once again.
It may be one that goes down to the deadline day wire though, given the complications surrounding Wolves and their financial position.
Evan Ferguson to Arsenal transfer
Arsenal are showing interest in a move for Brighton striker Evan Ferguson late in the transfer window, claims Football Transfers.
The Gunners are claimed to be joined by Manchester City in the race for the Republic of Ireland international, who is rated at £70million by the Seagulls.
While the 19-year-old has been given a large price tag, it is claimed that the two teams are hopeful of landing a loan deal with a view to a permanent deal next summer.
Ferguson has five years remaining on his contract on the south coast, following an extension of his deal last November.
While the striker initially burst onto the scene with Brighton, injury troubles have since hindered his ability to shine.
There is still plenty of promise there though, with a star who could become one of the very best in the world.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will truly make a bid to bring the youngster to the Emirates Stadium.

Reiss Nelson exit update
Reiss Nelson could still make an exit from Arsenal in the final week of the transfer window, according to Football Insider.
The winger has been linked with a move away all summer, following a campaign where he struggled for minutes.
However, the report states that the likes of Leicester City, West Ham United and Crystal Palace have all been put off making a move due to his price tag.
That’s not to rule out a switch though, with Arsenal unlikely to stand in the 24-year-old’s way if a late offer comes in.
Mikel Arteta is still keen to use Nelson in his plans for the future, though any move would likely dash those ideas.
If that switch were to occur, it remains to be seen whether the Gunners would enter the market for a new option to compete for minutes on the wing.
