Keep up-to-date on all of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s confirmed signings in and any done deals out of Emirates Stadium through the January 2024 transfer window.
The Gunners are working with a limited budget in the winter market as sporting director Edu and Arteta strive to stay within FFP limits. Stan Kroenke, Arsenal’s owner, sanctioned a lavish spending spree last summer. But it meant they could only get David Raya with an initial loan.
Raya moved to Emirates Stadium from Brentford after Arsenal had confirmed the signings of Jurrien Timber and Kai Havertz. The Gunners also broke the bank in July to get Declan Rice in a club-record transfer. Now, Arteta is chasing the last pieces to his puzzle in north London.

Arsenal January 2024 transfer ins and out
Arteta knows that Arsenal likely need further reinforcements if they are to challenge for the Premier League title and/or Champions League. They crashed out of the Carabao Cup in the fourth round and then lost to top-flight title rivals Liverpool in the third round of the FA Cup.
Moves out of Emirates Stadium in the January transfer window may also help Arsenal boost their budget without breaking FFP. So, with that in mind, keep up-to-date here for all of the confirmed transfers in and out of Arsenal in January as Arteta targets further new signings…
