Arsenal are reportedly finalising a loan exit for Marquinhos, who is set to join Brazilian giants Fluminense until the summer.
The 20-year-old attacker has struggled for minutes regardless of his environment, with Marquinhos failing to make much of an impact out on loan with French side FC Nantes this season.
With Marquinhos being recalled, a new loan move has been reportedly hashed out in recent weeks as Arsenal prepares to send the attacker out once again, and a move back to Brazil is now close.
Marquinhos close to joining Fluminense on loan

According to the Daily Mail, reigning Copa Libertadores champions Fluminense are set to sign Marquinhos on loan, with the Brazilian side already planning on making the move permanent in the summer.
With manager Fernando Diniz regarded as one of the most exciting and radical new coaches in all of South America, Marquinhos could be suited with a move to Fluminense for his development.
And for Arsenal, the winger finally hitting his potential will be an exciting prospect, with Marquinhos once labelled by Gunners legend Martin Keown as a player with ‘a huge future’.
Indeed, Marquinhos’ last two loan spells at Nantes and Norwich City weren’t huge success stories, which is why a lot is now riding on the attacker impressing back in Brazil with Fluminense.
Arsenal need this loan spell to work out for Marquinhos

Marquinhos is clearly a talented youngster who has the potential to become a potential superstar if he can get the minutes to take his development to the next level.
Yet things just haven’t worked out for the winger in the last 18 months, with playing time limited and performances on the pitch not convincing enough.
Which is why Arsenal need this loan move to Fluminense to work out for Marquinhos, who is now potentially playing for his future at the north London club.
A return to Brazil could work wonders for Marquinhos, and playing for the South American champions under an interesting coach could be an exciting way for the attacker to finally kickstart his development.
