Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is planning yet another big summer transfer window and owner Stan Kroenke is prepared to back him for the second year in a row.
That’s according to Football London, who claim that despite sanctioning £150 million on six new signings in the summer of 2021, KSE is ready to grant sufficient funds to help Arteta get the players he wants this time as well.
Before the Gunners boss focuses on new signings, he has to offload many players who are still owned by Arsenal. The report reveals 12 such men who could move on this summer.

12 players set to leave Arsenal this summer
Goalkeepers:
Aaron Ramsdale’s brilliance this season and Matt Turner’s imminent arrival has left Bernd Leno with no choice but to move on this summer. The German is a world-class goalkeeper in his own right, but unfortunately for him, he just can’t become the Arsenal number one again.
Along with Leno, Runar Alex Runarsson, the man brought in to replace Emi Martinez, is set to be sold as well. He’s currently on loan at Leuven and even though the Belgian outfit don’t currently have the funds to sign him permanently, they will hold talks with Arsenal to secure a deal, claims the report.

Defenders:
Hector Bellerin is expected to make his loan move to Real Betis a permanent one, ending his decade-long career as an Arsenal player. Pablo Mari is set to follow suit having already claimed he wants to stay at Udinese next season.
The other defender whose future is up in the air is William Saliba. No Arsenal fan wants to see the young Frenchman leave without playing a single game for us, but the report claims that he’s open to extending his stay at Marseille.
Konstantinos Mavropanos is another talented young defender who never quite got a chance at Arsenal. He’s expected to sign for Stuttgart on a permanent deal this summer.

Midfielders:
Matteo Guendouzi’s move to Marseille will be made permanent this summer after all clauses in his loan deal set out to make the move permanent have been achieved.
Lucas Torreira is also set to move on with Fiorentina, his current loan club, likely to seal the deal.
Mohamed Elneny, one of Arsenal’s longest-serving players at the moment, is also set to depart when his contract expires at the end of this season.

Forwards:
Reiss Nelson is currently on loan at Feyenoord and he is expected to return to Arsenal at the end of the season. He will have just a year left on his deal and is likely to be sold.
The two obvious names in attack set to leave the Gunners are Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette.
Both strikers will be out of contracts this summer and it’s unlikely that either of them will extend their stay at the Emirates beyond the end of this season.
