French outfit Rennes are reportedly on the tail of Arsenal duo Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi.
Foot Mercato have claimed the Gunners pair are both interesting the club and that their profiles have been studied.

Guendouzi is currently on loan at Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin, while Xhaka has been in the bad books at the Emirates Stadium after recently picking up a red card against Burnley.
The Switzerland international is once again facing a tough period at the Emirates Stadium, one year on from his incident against Crystal Palace.
Many fans were dismayed to see Xhaka let his emotions get the better of him again, and for some it is now the end of the line for the former Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder.
Rennes are looking to prepare for life after some key players, with Eduardo Camavinga one of Europe’s hottest prospects, and Steven Nzonzi out of contract next summer.
Xhaka may already be gone
It remains to be seen of Rennes are able to land either Arsenal player.

£100,000-a-week star Xhaka (Spotrac) will do well to stay at Arsenal beyond January following his red card and generally poor form.
And Guendouzi has started well over in Berlin, and it could be that he ultimately makes that particular move permanent.
