Ben White may have suffered an MCL injury vs West Ham
Ben White may have suffered an MCL injury during Arsenal’s 1-0 win over West Ham United, according to Physio Scout.
The Arsenal defender collided with Crysencio Summerville, and when attempting to play the ball, his inner foot caught the West Ham winger.

MCL injuries can take a while to recover from, with a Grade one being one to three weeks, a Grade two being four to six weeks, and a Grade three being eight plus weeks.

Following White’s injury, Arteta moved Declan Rice to right back and brought on Martin Zubimendi into midfield, instead of doing a like-for-like swap with Cristhian Mosquera.
