Arsenal take on Brentford in the Premier League in what will be a tough game for both sides.

Mikel Arteta’s side have been the best team in the country so far, but the Bees have had an amazing campaign under Keith Andrews as well. They are seventh in the table and are on track to qualify for Europe.

Although the two teams have very different philosophies, one thing they have in common is their set-piece prowess.

Arsenal have been hailed as the best in that department, but Andrews is not backing away.

If you had one message for Mikel Arteta ahead of facing Brentford, what would it be?

Keith Andrews issues set-piece warning to Arsenal ahead of Brentford clash

Arsenal have been regarded as the best set-piece team in the world by many, including former Brentford boss Thomas Frank.

Nicolas Jover has transformed the Gunners at corners and free-kicks to the extent that teams even fear defending against them in such situations.

Brentford, however, could be a bit different.

That’s because their manager, Andrews, was previously a set-piece coach himself, and he is showing no signs of fear against Arsenal’s dominance.

When told that the Gunners are ‘the kings of causing chaos’ inside the box, Andrews replied, as relayed on HaytersTV: “No doubt it’s going to be a huge part of the game, but we cause a lot of chaos ourselves.

“So I’ll look forward to that story unfolding.”

Set-piece or otherwise, Arsenal need to beat Brentford

Manchester City are right behind Arsenal in the Premier League table.

Pep Guardiola’s side smashed Fulham 3-0 on Wednesday night, and they are now just three points behind the Gunners, albeit the leaders have a game in hand.

Arsenal simply cannot afford to drop points against Brentford. A gap of just three points going into the clash at the Etihad in April would create too much pressure.

We’re not saying Arsenal cannot beat City, but the weight of the title race and the consequences of losing will definitely play on players’ minds.

To avoid all that, the Gunners need to beat Brentford and everyone else they face in the coming weeks.
