Arsenal’s wage expenditure was altered during the summer transfer window by new arrivals and key exits.

The cost of battling to be the best is a lot, as Andrea Berta found during the summer transfer window.

Arsenal spent close to £250m during the summer transfer window, welcoming eight new players to Mikel Arteta’s squad.

Amongst those to join the club was the high-profile acquisition of Viktor Gyokeres, a player who is guaranteed to bring goals to the Arsenal squad

Arsenal’s wage bill of 2024/25 added up to around £170m-per-year, with the highest earner being Kai Havertz on £280k-a-week.

With eight new signings on board and some big earners axed from the squad, both permanently and on loan, here’s a look at Arsenal’s wages for the 2025/26 season, as per Capology figures.
