Andrea Berta has been hugely impressive since joining Arsenal, with the Italian director transforming Arsenal’s squad since his arrival back in March.
Berta came in to replace Edu Gaspar, who left Arsenal earlier this year, and the club’s new sporting director has made several exciting additions.

Viktor Gyokeres, Eberechi Eze, Martin Zubimendi and Noni Madueke are among his top signings, which he has brought to N5 since joining.
But last week, Berta managed to secure the signings of the Quintero twins, who are two of South America’s most exciting talents.
Arsenal staff are ‘buzzing’ about the Quintero twins
Arsenal staff are ‘buzzing’ about the signing of Holger and Edwin Quintero, according to the club’s journalist Josh James.
James told The Dispatch: “The buzz when they signed here, people were excited. So, I think we’re at the top of the queue basically and a long queue of clubs wanted to sign these guys.
“Yeah, lots of potential both from Ecuador. So, yeah, South American flavour coming to Arsenal in a couple of years’ time.”
Beating off strong competition, Arsenal have paid £9m for the Quintero twins, and the pair are set to move to North London in the summer of 2027.
Could this be Arsenal’s starting XI in 10 years?
Berta wasted no time in securing the Quintero twins, as he signed the 16-year-old duo before any other club could react.
The Ecuadorian duo will join the likes of Max Dowman, Ethan Nwaneri, and Myles Lewis-Skelly as some of the most exciting teenagers in the Premier League.
Mikel Arteta could now be in charge of one of the most exciting young teams, with the likes of Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice being the big characters in the dressing room.
The Quintero twins could be part of a fantastic alumni base
The Quintero twins are coming from a club that has a ‘fantastic alumni’ base, including Piero Hincapie, William Pancho and Moises Caicedo.
Independiente del Valle are one of the best producers of young talent in the world right now, and there is a hope that the twins will be the next to shine.
Speaking about the pair, South American football expert Tim Vickery told Sky Sports: “The one thing I can tell you about these kids, with all certainty, is that they have a stamp of approval from the club, which is perhaps doing the best youth development work in the world at the moment.

“It’s this club in Ecuador, Independiente del Valle. It’s a little club on the outskirts of the capital, Quito.
“The jewel in their crown so far is Moises Caicedo, of course, of Chelsea. But if you look at the Ecuador team qualified for another World Cup, almost all of them have come out of this one club.
“The defensive unit has conceded one goal in the last 11 World Cup qualifiers. You’ve got William Pancho, the big centre back there. Hincapie, now at Arsenal; he’s from this club.
“So, if these two twins don’t come off, it won’t be for lack of quality preparation because this club is doing miracles in Ecuador. It is incredible. Obviously, they come from a great club that has created a fantastic alumni.”
