Arsenal handed Kai Havertz injury update
Arsenal have been left sweating over the fitness of striker Kai Havertz heading into the international break after a knock against Southampton.
The versatile star managed to finish the game, but there were concerns shortly after as the German national team announced that he had been withdrawn from the squad.
There have been fears over his status, but that may be less of a problem after the latest update on his condition.

That’s according to journalist Charles Watts, who claimed on social media: “The sense right now is that the Havertz situation is not one to be overly concerned about.
“He was fine to finish the game on Sat. But he’s played a lot of football, so it was thought best for him to stay, rest and just be monitored by Arsenal over the next few days. No risks.”
There will be plenty of hope that the following two weeks will allow for Havertz to come back fit and fresh for another run of games.

Arsenal fans call for Paul Pogba transfer
Some Arsenal fans have called for the club to make a huge move in signing Paul Pogba on a free transfer in the weeks ahead.
The midfielder is set for a return to football in the near future, following a reduction in his ban for alleged doping.
The former Manchester United star is back at Juventus, who he rejoined after his contract expired at Old Trafford, but he looks set for a move elsewhere.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Pogba is set to have his contract with the Bianconeri terminated, opening him up for a free transfer.
While many teams have been touted as an option, Arsenal aren’t one of them, though that hasn’t stopped some fans calling for a deal to be made.

Speaking on ‘The Rest Is Football’ podcast about the Saka’s performances, Lineker said: “He’s got that sweet little personality and nature that makes him very likeable.
“And it kids you a little bit, because he’s fiercely competitive and so strong, isn’t he?
“Really, really strong and hard, so tough to get off the ball. I love watching him play.”
