Arsenal injury update ahead of Crystal Palace
Arsenal are back in EFL Cup action over the midweek fixture list, with the aim of reaching the semi-final of the competition.
They take on Crystal Palace in a doubleheader that will include a match against the Eagles in the league the following clash.
There are some injury issues for Mikel Arteta to think about, with the manager giving an update before the match.

Speaking to the press, he said: “He’s [Declan Rice] fine. We will make the decision on whether he’s available or not.
“Alex [Zinchenko] and Riccy [Calafiori] will still be out of the squad for tomorrow.”
It leaves some big questions over which team the head coach will go for in such a big match for the trophy.

Mohammed Kudus to Arsenal transfer latest
With the January transfer window coming up, Arsenal could look to make some big moves to improve their squad.
One of the stars who has been linked with a possible switch is West Ham forward Mohammed Kudus.
The Ghanaian international has a release clause, but according to TalkSPORT, the Hammers would be open to a sale without triggering the clause this January.

Arsenal, however, would need to make some sales to be able to afford a transfer, which could prompt some big exits.
Whether that’ll be enough to convince a move for Kudus remains to be seen though, with a big month or so ahead.

Ayden Heaven could be set for Arsenal exit
As Arsenal youngster Ayden Heaven has been on the fringe of first-team opportunities this season, his future remains uncertain.
Arsenal Insider sources understand that the club have so far failed to convince the youngster to sign a new contract.
Two offers have been made to the Hale End academy star, who is assessing options over his future and where it may lie.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are all monitoring the situation surrounding the defender, who turned 18 in September.
It remains to be seen whether Heaven will decide to stay at Arsenal or if chances elsewhere in the league could see him leave.
