Eddie Nketiah’s Kylian Mbappe claim
Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has claimed that PSG star Kylian Mbappe is currently the best player in the world. It comes as the Gunners continue to be linked with a move for the forward, with his contract nearing the final few months.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Nketiah said on Mbappe: “Mbappe right now is who’d I say is the best in the world right now. With how direct he is with how dangerous he is in the box, the quality in the final third is the best out there.”

Gary Neville’s Arsenal title claim
Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has claimed that he wants Arsenal to win the Premier League this season. The title race is starting to heat up, with the Gunners closing the gap at the top to just two points, with Manchester City and Liverpool also involved.
There are plenty of games lined up between now and the end of the season, but talk is continuing over who will win the race. Speaking on The Gary Neville Podcast, Neville said: “I had Arsenal as champions at the start of the season, not many did. I still think City at this moment in time look ominous.
“But Arsenal, I want Arsenal to do it. For obvious reasons I don’t want Liverpool to win, as much as it would be a fairytale for Jurgen Klopp and what that would mean for Liverpool and him. But I just think in terms of what Arsenal did last season, where they just crumbled at the end, I would like to see them this season.”

Roy Keane’s Arsenal title warning
Ex-Manchester United captain Roy Keane has warned Arsenal about the title race ahead, amid the heated debate surrounding their celebrations. The Gunners were slammed by former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher for their actions after the victory against the Merseyside outfit.
There were jubilant scenes in the win over West Ham the match after as the topic of celebrations came up once again. Keane was less frustrated with the actions, but he has warned Arsenal about the battle that is still ahead.
“It happens but you can’t get carried away but that’s the nature of the beast. Teams get excited and get giddy, we see it every week now,” the former midfielder told Sky Sports.
“Obviously we saw Arsenal get criticized last week, but we see teams every week now [celebrate] when they get a big result. Yes, celebrate and get photographs, but as we know, there’s a long way to go in that league challenge and you can’t get too carried away. We know what football does to you, it kicks you in the teeth.”
