Arsenal verdict on Julian Alvarez transfer
Arsenal fans have all given their thoughts on whether the club should sign Manchester City star Julian Alvarez this summer.
The Argentinian international is rumoured to be open to leaving the Etihad Stadium this summer in search of a fresh challenge.
The 24-year-old has spent two seasons with City, scoring 36 goals and assisting 18 in over 100 appearances across all competitions.

With rumours surrounding his future, Arsenal have been linked with a move for Alvarez.
However, supporters are less than keen on making a move for the striker to solve their goal-scoring woes this summer.

Mikel Merino to Arsenal transfer concern
Arsenal appear to be closing in on a deal to sign Mikel Merino from Real Sociedad this summer, with hopes of bolstering the midfield.
The 28-year-old impressed during Euro 2024 for eventual winners Spain, playing a key role in their route to victory.
With that now over, attention turns towards his future and how a move to the Emirates Stadium could pan out.
The Gunners paid big money to sign Declan Rice last summer from West Ham, adding extra bite to their midfield.
However, there’s a desire to strengthen those central ranks once again, with an ageing core of Thomas Partey and Jorginho involved.

Merino may be able to add a technical edge to the side, though there may be a slight problem in the deal itself.
As claimed by Football.London, Arsenal are now facing a potentially complex race to get the move over the line, with some figures at the club holding “reservations” over the star midfielder.
The age range appears to be one sticking point, which may require some convincing to help Mikel Arteta land his next big deal.

Bruno Guimaraes makes transfer statement
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Bruno Guimaraes, but it appears as though the midfielder has made his transfer feelings crystal clear.
The Brazilian international has impressed since moving to Newcastle, becoming a key player in the rise of the Magpies.
Those links to the Gunners come as part of a potential midfield rebuild at the club to help boost their Premier League title chances.
However, Guimaraes himself has appeared to rule out a transfer as he posted on social media: “I’m very happy to be starting another season with this club that has done so much for me since my first day here.
“I’m glad to be back and more prepared than ever to have a brilliant season and to help Newcastle reach the highest possible position!
“Another dream has come true! Being the captain of this team is everything I’ve always dreamed of but never imagined!
“We’re in this together, and I’m sure I’ll be more dedicated than ever to this badge.”
