Arsenal superstar Bukayo Saka responded to talk regarding his future at the club.
The Gunners haven’t looked back since promoting Saka from Hale End, with the winger being adored in N5 for his commitment and quality.
It’s been a tough season for Saka on the injury front, undergoing surgery and being out of action for over 100 days, but things are on the up for the 23-year-old.
Being a boyhood Arsenal fan and a product of the academy, there are rarely doubts over the England international’s next steps; however, anything can happen in football.

Bukayo Saka responds to Arsenal contract talks
At a time when boyhood Liverpool fan Trent Alexander-Arnold looks set to join Real Madrid, it’s evident that the concept of loyalty isn’t as celebrated as it used to be.
Most clubs would want Saka on their side if given the chance to sign the winger, but such an option doesn’t look to be on the cards anytime soon.
New sporting director Andrea Berta wants to tie Saka down to a new contract, which is something the player was quizzed about when facing the media.
Saka was asked about his future at the Emirates in the pre-match press conference ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Real Madrid, to which he responded with absolute clarity.
“Well for me, I wanna win and I wanna win wearing this badge. It’s pretty clear,” the forward said.
“The fans know how much I love them and you saw on Tuesday that they love me back. It’s a good relationship. I’m happy to be here and I want to win here.”
Saka’s reception from Arsenal fans was remarkable as the Emirates gave the academy graduate a warm welcome upon his return against Fulham, something that really touched the player.
When does Saka’s contract expire at Arsenal?
While Saka was clear on his thoughts regarding his future at Arsenal, the 23-year-old did admit that there’s no ‘rush’ for him to pen a new deal.
“I don’t think anyone is really in a rush. I have two years on the contract, so it’s pretty relaxed. Everyone knows my thoughts, and I’ve let you guys know too.”
Saka’s current contract runs until 2027, a deal that he signed in 2023 after Arsenal’s Premier League title-challenging campaign of 2022/23.
At the time, the Englishman admitted that Arsenal is ‘the right place’ for him to take the ‘next step’ in his career, which was music to supporters’ ears.
Saka’s view hasn’t changed since his last renewal, with there very few players loved more in N5 than the Ealing-born star.
