Arsenal will be looking to make several signings this summer in the transfer window, but before these additions can come to fruition, they have had to take care of something else.
The Gunners will be hoping for a much more successful 2025/26 season, having missed out on the Premier League and the Champions League this term.
Mikel Arteta will need an injection of quality into his squad, with a new striker, a winger, a midfielder and a back-up goalkeeper all being eyed.
The Spaniard’s team will be desperate to attain some silverware next campaign, and they’ll want to look good whilst pursuing this goal.

Declan Rice reacts to Arsenal’s new home kit
Arsenal released their home kit for the 2025/26 season on Friday morning.
The Gunners have enacted their latest piece of business, producing an eye-catching new shirt for the players to wear next season and for the fans to purchase and enjoy.
Potential new signings will now have a new kit to model upon arrival, and it’s certainly a vibrant and chic new aesthetic for the club.
Declan Rice was tasked by the Arsenal media team with unboxing the new shirt, and the midfielder couldn’t contain his excitement with how it looked.
“First time getting the first look at the shirt,” he said.
“Always a special moment. Remember doing this last year and the excitement was crazy. Already a classic. I can tell by looking at it. It’s unbelievable. It’s top.
“The little details in it I’m already noticing, the As across the shirt. I think that’s sick. Obviously, we’re going back to the crest, which I think is really good, because obviously last year we had the cannon, which was a change but obviously now have the original crest on the shirt.
“It’s unbelievable. It’s just a classic kit, just looks so good, so clean. I know Arsenal fans are going to love it, especially the collectors as well. I’m looking forward to wearing it.”
Myles Lewis-Skelly was similarly enthused by the kit, while Arsenal fans also reacted positively to the new merchandise.

Arsenal need to sign new players to wear the kit next season
Now the first issue for the summer has been addressed, the Gunners can concentrate on adding new players to Arteta’s squad.
Signing announcements should be the next most prominent pieces of content produced by the Arsenal media team, with Martin Zubimendi expected to be the first to arrive in N5 in the summer.
Once the Spaniard has signed, attention will turn to strengthening the North Londoners’ forward line.
Viktor Gyokeres is said to be the most likely striker acquisition, while Benjamin Sesko and Hugo Ekitike remain in the picture.
Meanwhile, the likes of Rodrygo, Joao Pedro and Nico Williams are being linked with a switch to the Emirates, to fill the wide forward vacancy.
