During the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at Wembley, Madueke played with significant strapping and left the stadium with it still on.
It is believed that the winger was involved in an accidental collision in Arsenal training on Friday, which fortunately didn’t keep him out of the game.
The Three Lions will be monitoring his latest issue during the international break, with the Gunners keen for him to remain fit.
England face games against Uruguay and Japan at Wembley over the next two weeks, and Madueke could well play a part, despite the issue.
