Every Arsenal player on September international duty and how to watch them

The first international break of the 2025/26 season is here, and with it comes a chance for Arsenal to assess their start to the campaign.

With two wins and one defeat so far, Mikel Arteta will be looking to get his players into the flow of winning games again after the two-week break.

In the meantime, some Arsenal stars will be away from London Colney, featuring for their nations around the globe.

For many, the focus is on the World Cup, which is less than one year away, with qualifiers now firmly underway.

So, with that said, here’s a look at the Arsenal players featuring on international duty this month.

England – Eberechi Eze, Declan Rice, Noni Madueke, Myles Lewis-Skelly

Arsenal are well-represented in the England squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia.

New Arsenal signing Eberechi Eze is the latest in the Three Lions ranks to join the side, along with Noni Madueke.

Both Declan Rice and Myles Lewis-Skelly retain their place in the squad under Thomas Tuchel.

Spain – David Raya, Martin Zubimendi, Mikel Merino

Spain have two away fixtures in their World Cup qualification campaign, as they face off with Bulgaria and Turkey.

Arsenal have three representatives in the squad, with David Raya in the goalkeeping ranks, while the midfield duo of Martin Zubimendi and Mikel Merino are also involved.

Netherlands – Jurrien Timber

Jurrien Timber is back among the Netherlands squad again, this time ahead of World Cup qualification clashes against Poland and Lithuania.

The defender missed the last camp through injury, but is looking to reclaim a place in the backline.

Sweden – Viktor Gyokeres

There will be an opportunity for Arsenal fans to see some more of Viktor Gyokeres as he links up with the Sweden squad.

The striker may be handed starts against Slovenia and Kosovo in qualifying, with Alexander Isak missing out on the first part of the season.

Belgium – Leandro Trossard

Leandro Trossard is back with the Belgium squad again this month, as he joins up for World Cup qualification action against Liechtenstein and Kazakhstan.

Brazil – Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Magalhaes

Carlo Ancelotti has named his Brazil squad for the coming qualifiers in the South American groups.

Arsenal duo Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhaes will both feature, as they take on Chile and Bolivia.

Italy – Riccardo Calafiori

Italy failed to qualify for both the 2018 and 2022 World Cup, but they will be looking to put that right for 2026.

Matches against Estonia and Israel await for them, as Arsenal star Riccardo Calafiori is set to feature.

Ecuador – Piero Hincapie

Arsenal fans can get a first glimpse of new signing Piero Hincapie when he joins up with the Ecuador squad for the coming internationals.

Matches against Paraguay and Argentina await, with Ecuador sitting second in the qualification table.

Norway – Martin Odegaard

Norway have an international friendly with Finland to kick off their action, before a World Cup qualification match against Moldova.

Despite his injury concerns, Martin Odegaard will be involved, though it remains to be seen in what capacity he will play.

England under-21s – Ethan Nwaneri

Ethan Nwaneri has joined up with the England under-21s for European Championship qualifying action against Kazakhstan.

England under-19s – Max Dowman, Jack Porter

Arsenal academy duo Max Dowman and Jack Porter have both received call-ups to the England under-19s squad.

Friendlies against Ukraine, Spain and the Netherlands await, as they look to make their debut at that age category.
