Arsenal’s invincible season still stands high above any achievement in the North London club’s history.
Arsene Wenger’s side produced an entire Premier League campaign without being defeated, registering 26 wins and 12 draws in the 2003-04 season.
The 49-game unbeaten run stretched across three seasons, with it finally coming to an end against Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United in October 2004.
Freddie Ljungberg was a huge part of that successful Arsenal side and he revealed how he used to drive another team mate ‘mad’ with one dressing room routine.

Freddie Ljungberg drove Kolo Toure ‘mad’ with dressing room routine
Speaking to TNT Sports with pundit and former team mate Martin Keown, Ljungberg revealed how he used to drive Kolo Toure ‘mad’ before a match.
Keown on Ljungberg explained: “I remember you had a great personality but you had this thing where you were quite slow getting out onto the pitch and Kolo Toure had to be the last player superstitiously and it would drive him crazy.”
Ljungberg replied by stating: “I thought it was quite good banter, it drove him mad!”
Sol Campbell spoke of a strong Arsenal dressing room during his spell at the club and the Gunners certainly went to war for each other despite little dressing room mishaps.
Kolo Toure’s Arsenal career
Toure arrived at Arsenal in 2002 and quickly became Campbell’s centre back partner in a formidable defence under Wenger.
Toure starred in Madrid during the 2006 Champions League victory in the Bernabeu when Thierry Henry scored a stunning solo goal to win the game 1-0.

The Ivorian won three FA Cup medals during his time in North London as well as the 2004 Premier League before moving to Manchester City.
His aggressive defending and composure on the ball made him one of Wenger’s greatest signings at the club and was a major part of the Gunners success in the early 2000s.
