While there is work on the transfer front to be done, Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta is putting plenty of effort into dealing with contracts at the club this summer.
Several key players are entering their final few years under contract at the Emirates Stadium, putting pressure on the Gunners to get new deals penned.
Andrea Berta has already managed to seal one in his time at Arsenal, with Gabriel Magalhaes signing a contract extension in early June.
Beyond him, there are also deals for Bukayo Saka and William Saliba to sort out, with the pair entering their final two years in North London.

Arsenal feel relaxed over Bukayo Saka and William Saliba contracts after latest talks
There have been plenty of fears from supporters about whether or not Saka and Saliba will commit to new deals.
Saliba has been of interest to Real Madrid in recent months, as they look to eye a long-term plan to sign the Frenchman.
Saliba has outlined his desire to stay at Arsenal, while his teammate Saka has also said he wants to win trophies with the Gunners.
That is just talk at this stage, with many unlikely to feel totally comfortable until they see both players signing the contract.
However, according to The Mirror, Arsenal are currently feeling relaxed about the situation surrounding both Saka and Saliba.
It’s stated that “positive” dialogues have been held in recent weeks, with an expectation that these negotiations could take some time.
However, it’s claimed that Arsenal feel confident that new contract agreements can be struck soon, creating plenty of hope that they can keep two of their best players.

New contracts could be Andrea Berta’s best move this summer
While there is plenty of focus on who Arsenal could sign up front to help solve their scoring problems, the reality is that it may not be their most important move.
Keeping the core of players who have taken the Gunners to their current level could be even more important.
The likes of Gabriel, Saliba and Saka have elevated Arsenal from being in the mid-table doldrums all the way to the top.
Losing them, along with a few others, could be a costly mistake and one that would be expensive to fix in the transfer market.
By landing all of them on new contracts, the Gunners could build again and work towards finally winning the Premier League title.
