Arsenal head to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United on Sunday.

The Gunners have won each of their last four games against the Red Devils in the Premier League, and they will go into the game this weekend as the favourites again.

However, Mikel Arteta will have to find a way to win without a recognised striker, and Ruben Amorim will surely make it difficult for the North Londoners.

It will be an interesting game, and Roy Keane has had his say on what he thinks will happen at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Roy Keane predicts the result of Manchester United vs Arsenal

Arsenal returned to winning ways midweek with a stunning 7-1 win over PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League.

The Gunners were on another level compared to the Eredivisie giants, and they made Peter Bosz’s side look very ordinary – even though they are the defending Dutch champions.

Manchester United, on the other hand, were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw against Real Sociedad on Thursday night, and their players looked really tired late in the game.

Arteta’s men will surely go into the clash at Old Trafford as the fresher side, but Gary Neville believes Arsenal will drop points against Manchester United on Sunday.

However, Keane disagrees.

“Every week I say United to win here, and they don’t win,” he said on The Overlap.

“Arsenal 2-1, I’m going with Arsenal 2-1,” Keane added.

Gunners legend Ian Wright loved that and said: “Nice one, it’s a good shout!”

Manchester United will not do what PSV did against Arsenal

Arsenal are high on confidence following their win against PSV and rightly so. It’s not every day that you score seven goals in a single game.

That makes the Gunners the favourites on Sunday, but Arteta will know that this game will be nothing like what his side faced last Tuesday in Eindhoven.

PSV were really open against Arsenal and gave the likes of Martin Odegaard all the space he needed to hurt them. The Norwegian scored twice and assisted another.

Amorim will not make the same mistake.

Manchester United will surely be a lot more compact and try to hurt Arsenal on the counter-attack. That is the best way for them to get anything from the game.

It will be interesting to see how Arsenal will try to break United down with a midfielder like Mikel Merino playing up top.
