The latest news, rumours, opinions and updates about Arsenal legend Ian Wright from Arsenal Insider. Wright joined the Gunners in September 1991 in a £2.5m transfer from Crystal Palace under George Graham. The striker spent seven years at Highbury for 185 goals in 288 appearances.
Wright further held the status as Arsenal’s all-time top-scorer before Thierry Henry surpassed his tally in 2005. The England hero was a powerful threat in the final third capable of producing the exquisite. Wright also won the 1997/98 Premier League title and two FA Cup titles with Arsenal.
