The Gunners have set their sights on Monga and are looking to bring the teenager to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Monga is set to cost Arsenal £10 million, and the North London club have already agreed personal terms with the youngster.

Now, the teenager has a message for one of Arsenal’s brightest talents, with his move from Leicester City expected to soon be complete.

Jeremy Monga calls Max Dowman his family

Jeremy Monga has called Max Dowman his family ahead of his potential Arsenal transfer this summer.

Dowman posted an end-of-season review video on Instagram, and in the comments, the Arsenal target was spotted commenting: “Famlee”.

The 16-year-old also added a fingers-crossed emoji, which could suggest that he is hopeful of soon spending more time with his fellow England U-19 teammate.

Monga and Dowman have played together on four occasions for the Three Lions and could soon be club teammates as well.

Both players can play out on the right, although Dowman will likely see himself more as a number ten as he continues to develop as a player.

But having the two players at the club could help push one another to become the best versions of themselves as they compete for minutes on the right wing.

Mikel Arteta’s plan for Jeremy Monga

It will be interesting to see Mikel Arteta and the club’s plan for Monga and whether he will be used in the first team or the U-21 team.

Arsenal will have the three youngest ever Premier League players, with Monga, Dowman and Ethan Nwaneri all at the club.

Monga has already made seven Premier League appearances and debuted in the top-flight aged just 15 and 271 days for Leicester.

The Gunners future is already very bright, but the club could be about to add another of England’s brightest talents to their ranks.
