Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya set a new record for the club against Southampton, following his triumph in earning the Golden Glove award.
The shot-stopper shared the award with Matz Sels of Nottingham Forest, with both tied for clean sheets over the course of the season.
Raya spoke to Arsenal’s social media team to discuss the achievement, stating: “It’s a great achievement for myself, for the team.
“I think doing it two seasons in a row is an incredible achievement from everyone.
“Thanks to my teammates, the staff, for being able to achieve this, but it’s a collective one, it’s not just myself.”
Granit Xhaka hints at next transfer move after Bayer Leverkusen
Former Arsenal star Granit Xhaka has hinted at the next step of his career, should he leave Bayer Leverkusen.
The midfielder has impressed in the Bundesliga since making the switch, winning the title and the DFB Pokal.
Despite that, Xhaka has revealed his intention to re-join Basel in the future, when speaking at his brother’s retirement at the club.
He said: “One Xhaka goes, soon the other will be back.”
It remains to be seen just how soon that might be, but it could be a heartwarming return for the Arsenal hero.

Arsenal eye Kaoru Mitoma transfer
Arsenal’s summer transfer business is starting to ramp up, as Andrea Berta looks to build on the squad for the future.
A winger is on the radar, and while Rodrygo appears to be the first choice, there is also interest in Brighton star Kaoru Mitoma.
That’s according to Florian Plettenberg, who claims the Japanese international is in the club’s shortlist.
It remains to be seen whether Mitoma will make the move to the Emirates Stadium, with Bayern Munich also eyeing a move.
