Leandro Trossard enters advanced Arsenal contract talks
Arsenal star Leandro Trossard is closing in on a new contract at the club as talks are believed to be “advanced” over an extension.
That’s according to the BBC, which claims that discussions have been ramped up in recent weeks over a fresh deal.

Trossard has just one year remaining on his contract when heading into this summer, with an extension likely to keep him on for plenty more years after.

Mikel Arteta gives stance on Thomas Partey stay at Arsenal
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has revealed that he would like Thomas Partey to stay at the club, amid ongoing talks over a contract extension.
The midfielder is a free agent in the summer, with a deal yet to be agreed over a potential stay after the final game of the season.
When asked about Partey’s future, Arteta told the press: “Well, there are some question marks on a few of them [players out of contract]. We have a match to play on Sunday and then a chance to sit down and work out what needs to be done.
“For Thomas [Partey], I think it has been his best season. He is a very important player of the season.”

Viktor Gyokeres speaks out on Sporting CP transfer exit
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a transfer for Viktor Gyokeres heading into the summer transfer window.
The Swedish international has long been on the radar of the Gunners, with a move seeming possible in the weeks ahead.
Speaking to Portuguese TV channel SIC Noticias about his future, Gyokeres claimed: “We’ll see. It’s the future. Football is like that, you never know what’s going to happen. And it’s the same thing now. We’ll see what the future holds.”
