As a new week starts, Arsenal are moving closer and closer to the beginning of the new Premier League season.
The Gunners are deep into pre-season, having now faced AC Milan and Newcastle during their tour of Asia.
During that period, the side have also brought in several new players, making six signings, with a few more expected.

When Viktor Gyokeres could make Arsenal debut
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has spoken for the first time since the Gunners have completed the signing of Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP.
With the striker now joining up with the squad for their pre-season tour of Asia, the manager has discussed the possibility of a debut in the North London Derby against Tottenham.
He claimed: “Well, I think he hasn’t had a single training session with the team since the last game with Sporting when they became champions.
“We will assess him tomorrow, he’s done all the medicals, everything is looking good. To get him up to speed with the right levels of fitness, I think it is very important.
“So we’re not going to stop him, and obviously we want him with us as quickly as possible, but we’ll have to assess, and the medical team will do that.”

Max Dowman praised for Arsenal display against Newcastle
Arsenal youngster Max Dowman has been praised for his second display for the senior side during pre-season.
The 15-year-old was given a 30-minute cameo against Newcastle, where he managed to make an impact for the Gunners.
Dowman’s incredible run ended with a foul from Joelinton, giving Arsenal a penalty in the last few minutes of the match.
Martin Odegaard buried the spot kick, but it was his younger teammate who came in for all the plaudits.

Viktor Gyokeres reveals who he is excited to play alongside at Arsenal
Arsenal have been chasing a new striker for some time now, but they have finally got their man with Viktor Gyokeres joining the club.
After impressing with Sporting CP, finding the back of the net on a regular basis, he will now be looking to replicate that form in the Premier League.
Plenty of players will be excited to play alongside the Swedish international, and it seems as though the feeling is mutual.
When asked who he is looking forward to playing alongside, Gyokeres simply said: “Everyone.”
It shows just how much he’s wanted the move to Arsenal after months of discussions over a deal.
