Arsenal have had a memorable summer transfer window so far, and they’re not done yet.
Indeed, while the Gunners have already made numerous big-money signings, there could still be further additions.
Viktor Gyokeres is set to join Arsenal, while the Gunners are also in the market for a new left winger.
Rodrygo has been linked to Arsenal in recent times, while Rafael Leao is an Arsenal target too.
Leao is over in Singapore just down the road from Arsenal at the moment, and, on Wednesday, he actually played against the Gunners.
After the game, a member of the press actually told Leao he should sign for Arsenal, and his reaction spoke volumes.

Rafael Leao reacts after being told to join Arsenal
Arsenal fan and content creator, Curtis Shaw, has been out in Singapore covering the Gunners over this pre-season tour.
Shaw made his way onto the pitch after the game against AC Milan with his press pass, and he made a beeline for Rafael Leao.
Shaw claims he told Leao after the match that he should sign for Arsenal, and the Portugal international had an interesting reaction to this comment.
Leao laughed after being told to sign for Arsenal, while he gave Shaw a fist bump after their interaction.
Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean a deal is set to happen, but Leao didn’t seem to take offence to the idea of swapping San Siro for the Emirates.
Rafael Leao’s record against English clubs
Leao has been linked with a move to Arsenal, and it’s fair to say that is a deal that would have fans excited.
However, as with any signing from abroad, there are questions to be asked about how Leao would adapt to the Premier League, and his record against English clubs isn’t great.
| Rafael Leao’s record against English clubs | |
| Games | 9 |
| Goals | 0 |
| Assists | 1 |
Leao, for one reason or another, continuously fails to deliver against English opposition, and that should set alarm bells off at Arsenal.
While Leao was smiling after discussing the idea of signing for Arsenal, perhaps the Gunners would be best off avoiding this deal.
