Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke seems to have finally woken up after a series of protests by supporters following our participation in the European Super League.
The Gunners, along with five other Premier League giants, signed up for the rogue competition, which received a ton of backlash from all corners of the world. Arsenal, like most others, pulled out of the Super League, but that wasn’t enough to appease the fans.
Daniel Ek’s public interest put even more pressure on the Kroenkes and it looks like that is set to pay off. A latest report today has revealed that our owners are finally prepared to inject big money into the club on transfers, and that will surely excite Arsenal supporters.

90min have revealed today that the Kronke family have given the green light to Edu and Mikel Arteta to spend a quarter of a billion on new signings before the start of the new Premier League season.

The report claims that Edu will use that mammoth amount to sign young players with immense potential, who will have an impact on the squad as well as increase their own value in case we’ll have to sell them in the future.
The Gunners are set to use that money on a new goalkeeper, a full-back, a central defender and two new central midfielders in this window. Edu has already started making big moves, and it really is shaping up to be a huge summer for Arsenal.

Arsenal fans have heard stories like this in the past but it all turned out to be untrue. However, with the Kroenkes under immense pressure to deliver, we really can’t help but be excited about what the future holds for our great club.
The likes of Ben White and James Maddison have been heavily linked in recent days and the pair alone will cost in excess of £100 million. Arsenal, if the latest report is to be believed, will have a ton of money left over after that, which is exciting.
It will be interesting to how Edu and Arteta plan things. Both of their jobs will be on the line if our performances on the pitch aren’t good enough next season, but that sort of pressure could potentially bring the best out of them.
