It has been nearly a year since Emile Smith Rowe left Arsenal for Fulham.
The Englishman was a fan favourite during his time at the Emirates, and the supporters adore him even to this day.
Smith Rowe teamed up with Arsenal old boys Alex Iwobi and Bernd Leno at Craven Cottage, where Marco Silva is building a good side.
Now, the former Arsenal number 10 has more reason to be delighted.
Arsenal in talks with Fulham over another deal for Reiss Nelson
Arsenal star Reiss Nelson spent the whole of last season on loan at Fulham.
The 25-year-old was viewed as a huge talent while coming through the ranks at Hale End, but things have not been easy for him at senior level.
Nelson was troubled with injuries during his loan at Fulham last season. He missed the second half of the campaign due to a hamstring issue.
Arsenal Insider exclusively revealed earlier in July that Nelson could leave and rejoin Fulham, and that is in the works now.
The BBC have revealed that Arsenal and Fulham are in talks over another deal for Nelson, and there is a chance that this could be a loan move once again.
Discussions are ongoing now ahead of the Gunners’ pre-season tour of Asia this weekend, and there is a willingness from all parties to get this deal done.
Emile Smith Rowe, who shares a great relationship with Nelson, will be buzzing if this move goes through.

Bukayo Saka and Smith Rowe were seen as the future at the Emirates, but unfortunately, the latter could not fulfil his potential in North London.
The versatile attacker had settled in well after joining Fulham last year, but when Smith Rowe saw Nelson walk through the door, he was over the moon.
‘Reunited’, Smith Rowe can be heard saying as he embraced Nelson in the video above.
If the Cottagers seal this move again — either on loan or a permanent deal — we are convinced that Smith Rowe will be delighted.
The same can be said about fellow Arsenal stars Iwobi and Leno, who also share a good relationship with the Gunners winger.
