Arsenal star Ethan Nwaneri seems to have his own trademark goal that opponents are simply unable to stop him from scoring.

The 18-year-old is starting to reach inevitable levels when it comes to his performances for the Gunners, more a matter of when he’ll have an impact on games, rather than if.

There are still plenty of years left for Ethan Nwaneri to develop and improve even further, but it’s already clear that Arsenal have a gem on their hands.

It’s no surprise that Arsenal want Nwaneri to sign a new contract, with a long-term stay on the cards for the Hale End academy graduate.

His performances for club and country so far have shown one trait that supporters have managed to get used to.

There is a particular strike that Nwaneri appears to continue scoring for Arsenal and England, a trademark finish that seemingly can’t be stopped.

Arsenal star Ethan Nwaneri already has a trademark goal-scoring technique

Over the years, there have been plenty of players who the opposition knew what they were going to do, but were so good that they got the trick off anyway.

Arjen Robben’s left foot is one of those, with the former Chelsea and Bayern Munich winger often cutting inside and curling an effort into the back of the net.

In the past year, the rise of Lamine Yamal has seen him deliver a trademark cross that swings in and floats towards the head of a teammate.

While the Barcelona youngster may have that in his armoury, Nwaneri has something of his own to show off.

Indeed, the Arsenal gem has made a habit of curling his shots in with his left foot, regardless of where he is positioned on the pitch.

The Hale End star showed that trademark finish once again for the England under-21s, scoring on his full debut for the Young Lions squad.

Nwaneri is becoming slightly inevitable with those finishes, now it’s whether he can keep producing them while adding plenty of other threats to his game.

James McAtee praises Arsenal star Ethan Nwaneri

The development of Nwaneri hasn’t only been recognised by those at Arsenal, but by his England teammates too.

Manchester City youngster James McAtee has revealed exactly what he thinks of the new under-21s international in an interview with the Daily Mail.

“He’s a class player and in training he’s been unbelievable,” McAtee said of Nwaneri.

“I’m so impressed with him. I was doing finishing drills with him the other day, and he was ridiculous, he wasn’t missing!

“I was struggling to get them in, and he just wasn’t missing, both feet as well. He’s a world-class player.”

While he is still coming through to show he can be a world-class option for Arsenal, Nwaneri is certainly making waves on his way towards the top.
