Arsenal are a club that need to be aligned this summer.
Mikel Arteta is on the verge of trophy success with the current Arsenal squad he has moulded with a blend of world class stars and top Hale End talent.
Andrea Berta has been brought into the Emirates Stadium as sporting director in order to help get deals over the line for the club this summer as they look to strengthen for that final push for the Premier League.
Berta is in talks with Benjamin Sesko over a move for the Leipzig striker, whilst Arsenal are interested in Rodrygo from Real Madrid. Josh Kroenke’s latest actions also highlights that optimism should be in the air around North London.

Josh Kroenke gives speech ahead of Arsenal Women Champions League win
According to the Athletic, Kroenke was a driving force behind Arsenal’s Women side’s recent success in the Champions League.
Kroenke is reported to have delivered a rousing speech after their 1-0 victory over Barcelona in the final, where he praised the team spirit and the efforts of coach Renee Slegers.
Stina Blackstenius struck the only goal of the game as the Gunners earned just their second European title and Kroenke was in Lisbon to witness the celebrations.
The remarkable victory ends a tumultuous campaign which saw former manager Jonas Eidevall dismissed before Slegers took on the reins with incredible success.
Josh Kroenke following Mikel Arteta’s demand for Arsenal unity
Speaking to Sky Sports recently, Gunners boss Arteta called for the hierarchy at the club to be ‘aligned’ ahead of what is a huge summer for the club.
Arteta stated: “We have a very clear vision from the ownership, the owner and the board, the new sporting director, we are all aligned on what we want to do. We are very close to achieving it – and that’s it.
“Some days it will be sunny, then the storm will come. You have to go through every single day, lift your head up, make sure that you’re doing your very best in a very honest way and you’re fully believing what you can do. Then it will come.”
Kroenke’s support of the women’s side shows that he is visibly around the club and the decisions that will be made this summer.
It will come as great relief to supporters, who have often bemoaned the ‘invisibility’ of the Kroenke family surrounding their running of the club.
