Arsenal have completed their fourth summer signing as Noni Madueke joins the club on a long-term contract.
Madueke is set to make his Premier League debut for the Gunners at Old Trafford and is looking forward to his time in North London.
Declan Rice was among Arsenal players who convinced Madueke to sign with conversations also occurring with Bukayo Saka and Jurrien Timber.
There has been some trepidation from Arsenal fans over the signing of Madueke but the former Chelsea star now has the chance to follow in the footsteps of one of his new teammates.

Kai Havertz proved doubters wrong at the start of his Arsenal career
Kai Havertz was another signing from Chelsea that was met with mixed reviews by supporters and pundits following his £65m move in 2023.
As per The Sun, pundit Jamie O’Hara believed that Havertz ‘would let Arsenal down’ during his time at the club.
O’Hara stated: “Kai Havertz. Arsenal fans can have their say on this, but he can’t hit a barn door. We know what he’s going to give you – he’s going to give you hold up play, he’s going to work hard, but he’s going to let you down when it comes to the crunch.”
The German quickly became an integral part of Mikel Arteta’s side and was on course for his best return at the club last season before a hamstring injury on the mid-season trip to Dubai ended his campaign early.
Arteta believes Havertz is ‘incredible’ and Madueke now has the chance to follow the same path and earn the trust and respect of the manager and the fans at the club.
What Andrea Berta has said about Noni Madueke’s arrival at Arsenal
Andrea Berta was a big part of the recruitment process behind bringing Madueke to the Emirates and the Italian is delighted to see the 23-year-old in North London.
Berta stated: “We’re very pleased to have concluded an excellent deal for a hugely talented young player in Noni Madueke.
“Noni’s performance numbers and availability over recent seasons have been exceptional, reflecting his quality and professionalism. Noni is a dynamic, versatile wide forward player with strong technical ability who will significantly strengthen our squad.
“Noni already has valuable experience at the top level and we know he will make a big impact at Arsenal. Together with everyone at the club, we warmly welcome Noni to Arsenal.”
Havertz is now a firm fan favourite and proof that nobody should be judged until they have had a fair run in the side.
That is exactly what Madueke will be given at the Gunners and it won’t be long before the England international proves his doubters wrong.
