Arsenal are one of the best teams in the world right now, and their squad is filled with top-class players.

Mikel Arteta has taken his time, but he has managed to build a team that is capable of beating any side in the world. That has put some Arsenal players on other clubs’ radar, which is never ideal.

One of them is Kai Havertz, who has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich. However, the German has confirmed that he is going nowhere.

Kai Havertz says he will not leave Arsenal despite rumours

Arsenal signed Kai Havertz from Chelsea in the summer of 2023.

The move raised many eyebrows at the time, with many even criticising the decision to sign the Champions League winner.

Havertz having a slow start to life in red and white made things even more difficult, but he has since become a fan favourite at the Emirates Stadium.

Now into his third year as a Gunner, the versatile attacker is being linked with a move away from the club. The rumour mill has named Bayern Munich as a potential destination.

Furthermore, Arsenal’s interest in Julian Alvarez has put more doubt on the futures of their current strikers, thus fueling speculation.

Havertz, who has been hailed as ‘amazing’, was asked about it, and he replied, as per Football London: “No, to be honest, I haven’t heard anything about that and I haven’t read anything about it either.

“I feel right at home at Arsenal. I feel everyone there is also very, very happy with me. Sure, it wasn’t a very easy season, but I definitely see my future at Arsenal, in London.”

Arsenal need Kai Havertz at his best after the international break

Havertz has had a torrid season due to injuries.

The German has played just 524 minutes of football all season, and it has to be said that Arsenal have missed him in some games.

Now fit and available, Havertz has been called up to the Germany squad, where he is expected to play a part in their games against Switzerland and Ghana.

Mikel Arteta will first be hoping that the Arsenal number 29 will not injure himself. Then, he will hope to see Havertz regain his best physical condition by playing sufficient minutes.

If those two boxes are checked, there is every chance that Havertz will be at a great level, which is exactly what Arsenal need in the business end of the season.
